Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and TreeRex Tree and Garden Services ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Services

TreeRex Tree and Garden Services provides professional tree removal, stump grinding, garden maintenance, and related services to residential and commercial customers. By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your service needs
• Grant reasonable access to your property to perform requested services
• Pay for services as agreed upon in the service contract or quote
• Comply with any preparation requirements communicated prior to service delivery

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by TreeRex are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and our site inspection. If the scope of work changes or if unforeseen circumstances arise, we reserve the right to revise the quote accordingly.

Payment terms will be specified in the written quote or contract. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of services. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work commences.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the quoted price to cover administrative costs and lost scheduling opportunities.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather, equipment failures, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

You are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

User Representations

By using the Site or our services, you represent and warrant that:

2. You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside

Warranties and Liability

TreeRex Tree and Garden Services warrants that all services will be performed in a professional manner, consistent with industry standards. We guarantee our workmanship and will address any issues related to the services provided if notified within 30 days of completion.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or aesthetic concerns beyond the scope of the agreed services.

We maintain comprehensive business insurance coverage, including public liability insurance, to protect against damages that may occur during service delivery.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site or services, your breach of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the Site and our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall first be addressed by good faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing any formal legal action.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
